Going round in circles! +2.5lb for me this week. Totally fell off the wagon and only really had last Thursday and Today on plan so it's fully deserved. Back on it and line drawn. I really hope that is back off by next week!0

Good evening, again.
Feeling much better today, but eating everything and anything that comes to hand. Hangover from not eating much yesterday, I think, but also I dug 12 foot acer out of the back garden today.
beanie, my daughter and son used to come back and stay in between times quite often – and they’d already left uni. It was always hard when it was time for them to go again. This happened on a regular basis with DS who spent about 5 years working 7 months in US and home for 5 months.
I remember the first time DD moved out (2nd year uni). I blubbed non stop for ages – and she was just 15 miles up the road in Stirling. We spend years preparing them to be independent, but when it happens we’re the ones who are not prepared. ☹
