  • As I walked through the door tonight, OH was waiting for me and dragged me for an hour power walk.... I can now keep up the pace all the time.

I had stuffed my phone down my bra..... at the end of the walk, I did millions of steps, the light was on, flight mode was on, and night mode was on........ my boob was light up!

Tip to self... my boob is too wobbly to hold my phone!

Well done kathryna . That's on the 2 lbs loss and getting your shiny back not the throwing up! :D

I've made wise choices tonight. As planned: steak, salad, new potatoes, grilled tomatoes . No butter, no onion rings and just a drizzle of salad dressing . A glass of wine in the pub and one more now. That should be about 75 from my syn bank balance so far this week. I've just one more day before WI and no plans for any/many syns tomorrow. :)
  • Maman,

I am synless..... so just how many double gin and slim lime tonics can I have on Saturday night? TIA

Your house will feel odd, but you will get used to it, and will relish the extra room.

Hope you get that 4st award this week. I technically lost mine by half a pound last week, and aint going to get it back tonight.

One day at a time is definitely the only way I can cope at the moment. My class leader is wonderfully supportive and just says that I should do what I can when I feel up to it.

I'm sure I will - it just seems very odd at the moment....not a lot has gone according to plan for him in the last couple of years & I guess I just want this to really work out for him.

Thanks everyone ...did a victory jig around the dog tonight & he just sat there looking at me as if I'd lost my marbles!

    Congrats, SOTWs, Gts and bubbs.

Thanks for the chart, kathrynha. And well done on your loss; every cloud has a silver lining!

It’s not been the best day here at Casa Tiger. Started out well, then I started having to run to the loo! st with jam and tea time (8 ish). Didn’t fancy much but I was hungry, so I had a sandwich (hm white bread, shocking but all I had left) and a tin of WW tuna mayo wth sweetcorn,

    Hope tomorrow’s ‘normal’.
