    Evening all
Lying on the sofa trying not to doze off! I’ve just consumed a whole bottle of wine syns- oops :D however they are non-alcoholic wine syns so 9 for the entire bottle which isn’t so bad. Swigging out of a plastic pint glass with o2 Academy branding on it- I am such a student :D One of my Fresher’s Fair freebies.
Maman- today I had lunch before I left as I didn’t have to be in until 2.45. I had a chicken pasta salad. Tomorrow I’m only in until 12 so i’ll have lunch at home. We have a Subway on campus so i’ll probably head there Wednesday. I’ll have lunch at home again on Thursday as I’m in later. I’m only actually in seminars one day a week on Wednesday lunchtimes so I will likely just grab a Subway salad on those days.
shipro.b- didn’t realise you were a fellow Leicestershire person! I’ve lived here for 11 years and I’m studying at De Montfort University.

There’s a biggish Tesco very near campus so I went and did some shopping after my day at uni was over. Went a bit OTT but got some lovely stuff!
    Today’s menu:
B: HEXB 2 x HiFi bars, decaf coffee with HEXA s/s
L: Chicken pasta salad (1.5) apple, pear, water
T: Stir fry with Quorn steak strips and Batchelors Low Fat Sweet Thai Chilli Noodles, Fab lolly (4 syns) bottle of Eisburg Rose (9 syns)
S: 3 Broghies with Smoked Salmon (4 syns)
    Syns: 18
    Steps: 12301
    Night all xx

We were there last weekend. It was full of groups of men and women on pub crawls and the like. I love nottingham. Luckily it's just 30 minutes away on the train.

Trying to be on plan all week. I'm hoping to get towards the bottom of my target and get my 5 1/2 stone certificate next week.

That is a massive loss.... there will be nothing left of you soon girl x

I bet you felt great going away for the weekend at target! :D
You're wise to stay on plan as much as you can. I know you want your shiny but long term I find it easier to stick to plan and then have some extra syns on nights out.

I thought you'd have it all in hand MrsR . That's convenient having a Subway on campus for when you need it though. You gave me a shock with the wine syns. I thought, for a moment, that I'd led you astray.

:rotfl: I’m feeling quite tipsy now. I think I’m the only person ever who can get drunk on non alcoholic wine :rotfl: it was very nice though :D
And yes the Subway is a bit of a godsend! I think there’s salads and jacket potatoes and things for sale in the food court but the Subway is literally just outside the building where I will be based so it’s probably more likely I will end up there.

Ah Kathrynha many thanks for the chart - you've brightened up my day....especially as the dog won SOTW last week in our household.

    Well done Bubbs !

I do hope you're ok and you have a better day today - perhaps taking one day as it comes is the way to go ? What does your class leader advise?

Struggled yesterday as I was feeling the after effects of Sunday plus the house felt odd without son.....he wasn't the loudest of people but still feels strange.

Need to get my backside into gear if I'm to get my 4st this week - not sure what will be on the menu though !
