Thanks for the chart, kathrynha. And well done on your loss; every cloud has a silver lining!
It’s not been the best day here at Casa Tiger. Started out well, then I started having to run to the loo! st with jam and tea time (8 ish). Didn’t fancy much but I was hungry, so I had a sandwich (hm white bread, shocking but all I had left) and a tin of WW tuna mayo wth sweetcorn,
Hope tomorrow’s ‘normal’.
Tomorrow is never normal!

Morning all.
Caught up with however many pages since I was last here - you're a chatty lot! Congrats to Bubbs and GTS for SOTW and thanks again for the chart Kathrynha.
Had a lovely few days with DD in Spain. I am making no attempt to tot up the syns consumed, primarily in gin and cocktails, rather than in food! Back on it now and I'll see where I'm at when I weigh in on Friday. I've been losing and gaining the same lb or two for weeks, frustrating when I'm so close to a stone barrier, but I've no high hopes for this week.0 -
Am in southern Brittany at the moment. Has been foggy in the mornings for the last few days but lovely later once tne sun has burnt it off.
Been for a fairly long walk this morning while the washing was doing in the launderette. Have come back now it's done for a cuppa. Off for another longish walk shortly.
Will probably walk for about an hour and then come back for some lunch, not what yet but may have the last WW wrap with some ham, salad and LTL mayo.

Good afternoon lovelies
God I'm big now. Going to get weighed in the morning. 24 weeks 2 days so knocking on six months I suppose, but still!
Slipping on and off plan alarmingly at the moment, but at least I'm being mindful, or so I keep telling myself
B - Bacon, mushroom and tomato sandwich on HEXB, plus a piece of toast and 3 syns of butter. I'm allowed double HEXB and don't really have it so not sweating over this.
D - Potato leek and bacon soup.
T - Savoury mince and vegetables.
Had a mini flapjack earlier, around 4 I think? One of the ones you get in big pots of 20 from supermarkets.0 -
getting there sometime~~It is not easy.
I still miss by DS to bits.
Keep ploddingxx

I am synless..... so just how many double gin and slim lime tonics can I have on Saturday night? TIA:D:D:D:D:D:D
That's 35 G&Ts you can have!!:eek::eek::eek:
Seriously though, you should use your syns. Fine if you really are saving them for the weekend but don't go without completely they're part of the plan.:)Sunshinemummy wrote: »Tomorrow is never normal!
Love that!:DAm in southern Brittany at the moment.
Thanks for dropping by denise. Brittany's lovely, so much to see and do. Not sure exactly how far down you are but I can recommend Concarneau, Vannes and we liked Carnac and the Quiberon peninsula too. Can also recommend the galettes. Not very SW friendly but I really like the cheese, ham and leek ones.
Really envying your savoury mince tonight too topgirl. It's lush. I think I must be hungry.
I'm starting to feel a bit slimmer at last. I don't want to get my hopes up but fingers crossed for WI tomorrow.:)
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham, fried veg (almost all Speed), beetrootSW Spaghetti Bolognese
Sybs: Parmesan (may be from HEA but I have the syns t cover it anyway)0 -
Maman we're past Vannes and Concarneau. Went to Carnac last year. Have to agree it's lovely there.
Believe it or not but there are nowhere near as many places selling gallettes as tnere used to. Everywhere you go there pizza places galore as well as loads of kebeb shops.
We ate out at lunchtime today and I was pretty good! Had a salad bricose (sp), which is basically a tuna and sliced boiled potatoes with some lettuce and piece of tomato, liberally sprinkled with sliced cornichons.
Had steak, frites and salad for main and creme brulee to finish (unfortunately not much brulee on top)! Also only had one small glass of red wine.
So stuffed haven't felt like eating this evening yet.

Evening all
Tonight’s post is brought to you from Gala BingoI’ve just won one lines, two lines and on 4 cards only wanted one number for the full house so I came pretty close to being driven out by a crowd of angry bingo players :rotfl: my life is so busy and manic at the moment that it’s miraculous that I’m staying on plan! I got my 1.5 stone award today with a 2lb loss, so that’s a total loss of 1 stone 8lbs in 9 weeks. 7 weeks until my graduation and only 6lbs to lose- it’s my birthday 2 weeks today so that will allow me to at least have my birthday dessert without feeling too guilty.
I also bought my graduation shoes today. They’re absolutely beautiful! They’re by Irregular Choice and are called Sulu- they’re my ruby slippers ❤️
They cost an obscene amount of money- I’ve only ever spent more on my Uggs which are in constant use- but i know I’m not alone in buying extravagant shoes for graduation- a lot of the other ladies are too! The lovely lady in the shop says they get a lot of ladies buying their shoes for very special occasions- weddings and graduations- and that they’re absolutely deserved! My dress won’t really be seen beneath my robes so I’ve gone all out on my shoes ❤️
Today’s menu (not great sorry- I left the house at 8.55am and will get home at 9.30pm!)
B: HEXB HiFi x 2, giant easy peeler, water
L: Subway salad and water (1.5 syns for dressing)
T: Nando’s butterfly chicken, rice and large salad (5.5 syns) water
S: Sunbites popcorn (4 syns) melon, HEXA Alpro choc soya drink + 1.5 syns
Syns: 12
Steps: 12476
