Ah Kathrynha many thanks for the chart - you've brightened up my day....especially as the dog won SOTW last week in our household.

I do hope you're ok and you have a better day today - perhaps taking one day as it comes is the way to go ? What does your class leader advise?

Struggled yesterday as I was feeling the after effects of Sunday plus the house felt odd without son.....he wasn't the loudest of people but still feels strange.

Need to get my backside into gear if I'm to get my 4st this week - not sure what will be on the menu though !

Your house will feel odd, but you will get used to it, and will relish the extra room.

Hope you get that 4st award this week. I technically lost mine by half a pound last week, and aint going to get it back tonight.

One day at a time is definitely the only way I can cope at the moment. My class leader is wonderfully supportive and just says that I should do what I can when I feel up to it.

That's absolutely right kathrynha and I'm so pleased you have RL support from your consultant. That's your SW consultant but I know your medical consultant is impressed with how you're coping too as are we all on here!:A Sticking as close as you can to the plan and going to meetings will mean you can pick it up again whenever you feel up to it.

I'm out for a meal tonight but this is probably the last synful experience until WI on Thursday. I'm about half way through my weekly syn bank balance so 50+ syns left although I won't need them all. I've eaten at this pub many times before and they have SW friendly options.:)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, scrambled eggs, squirt of HP sauce (1) HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: LO HB beef with fried veg
    D: steak, new potatoes, salad
Syns: glass of red, salad dressing

I always share a bottle of red with colleagues at this pub. Just looked and a large glass could be as much as 12.5 syns! It's no wonder I've been advocating the gin plan.:D

Well done for taking the plunge dawyldthing. And it sounds if your mum is a really good buddy for SW and now for Body Magic.:)

It's a difficult time all round for you kathrynha but you'll get through it. It wasn't so long ago that you find it difficult to stay on plan at work and you got over that. Just keep trying. We can only do our best.:)

When I arrived at coffee shop, my friend had bought 3 large slices of cake so we could have a trio of desserts! Fortunately other friend knows I don't really do sweet stuff so my share was packaged into a doggy bag and fed to DH!:D

I just looked up the homity pie recipe and my version with carrots and tomatoes is much better and contains more Speed. I'm sticking with my own.:)

Arr mums a good help for slimming world. Keeps her from bringing in cream cakes in all the time too. She's finally found my food optimising book today as it's been missing must be a month now. New service might help with body magic - must have walked 3 miles yesterday with them and then today had a colour test done for my hair as I saw on Facebook there doing a trial day for new staff and needed Guinea pigs for trials and it's free. I'm starting to look like a hippy so free is always good so walked 3 miles return journey for that too lol.
