All reports go to head and I have a day to day colour chart so at a glance we can see what sort of day it's been.
Anxiety levels are very high at present
That is appalling, I know that there is a requirement for the school to fund up to a set amount, but when his behaviour is so difficult there should have been a multi agency response to ensure he was receiving the correct provision/support (and to minimise risk to staff). No wonder your anxious... if I was the head/SENCO I would be worried that you was going to make a formal complaint!:o:o:o

Seems odd that you've done so well in recent seasons with the same leadership. Maybe if results pick up you won't need any comfort eating??:DWell yesterday wasn't great. Went off plan again

Is it comfort eating that makes you go off plan kathrynha? I'd certainly understand if you do. We all get frustrated when we can't stick to plan but for many of us the reasons are really lightweight in comparison.
I think you're right to start each day afresh with a plan. Just because one day (or even several) goes wrong we always have a chance to start afresh and put it right.:)
I think you showed amazing restraint at the birthday buffet MrsR.:) What will happen at the university? Do you take a pack up?
I'm feeling a bit fed up that although I'm being good I still feel bloated. I know this happens after weekends and I know that when I'm over target the extra pounds go to my thighs and stomach. I know this but it still gets to me.:(
I'm on the go at lunchtime so I'm planning a couple of satsumas and a banana to eat in the car. I'm meeting some friends for a coffee/meeting and they're cake eaters so if I've had fruit beforehand I can stick to a drink only.
While DH uses a measuring cup for our porage I think it's probably more than a HEB. That's fine for maintaining but as I'm being strict I'm going to do the maths of how much extra today and add syns. Fortunately we only have it about once a week but that's likely to increase in the next few months.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk, syrup (2?)
L: 2 satsumas, banana, Earl Greybaked haddock, tomatoes, mash (maybe homity pie style), cabbage
Syns: tbc0 -

Yes it definitely is. I'm not even hungry when I'm eating
When I know it's comfort eating I should be able to do something about it, but I don't seem able to.
It's always a difficult time of year for me. Coming up to my brother's anniversary
When he died I put on 6 stone from comfort eating.
Every year is hard, but with everything going on this year is even more difficult.Zebras rock0 -
been on the scales at boots (less concise than tescos) but is showed

Which I'll settle with as i have been a bit off diet with eating the buttercream. And 3 chomps on Saturdaytoday I've picked up a chicken and bacon wrap from boots as I should have been at work for 11 then they changed the time so I could have had dinner at home
I think it is going to be one of them days

I think sometimes you have to have a bit of something to help Kathryn. My downfalls are work (as shifts are long and boring) and few days in the month (otherwise I'll eat my way through the house). Saying that if it's not in the house it's not often I'll go to the shop for it:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one

Well done on the loss.
Time of month is an issue for me too, but work I cope really well with when it comes to sticking to plan, but everyone I know that works shifts struggles with eating.
I have tried stopping having stuff in the house, but I just bake something insteadZebras rock0 -
Keep plodding Kathreyna xx
Was out last night to celebrate my DS's birthday.
Great night. Lots of syns consumed.
