  • maman I did get up on the scales....and it was depressing :( Won't be doing that again!

Thankfully mum likes the hi-fi bars I gave her. It would have been such a waste if she didn't. We don't do the basket of stuff for SOW for some reason. We also don't do a raffle. It is a small group though, maybe that's why. It's a pity though.

I think I need to move on from my love affair with hi-fi bars. I know they do count as a HEB, but surely some of the other options would be healthier. I have the mint one still to try and then I'm just going to have them as a rare treat and syn them.

I've noticed a lot of you guys use your syns as 105 a week. I think that would be a better use of them. Some days I mightn't have any, and others I feel very sorry for myself when all 15 are gone. My consultant told me that it's 15 a day, use them or lose them. How do you all find using them as 105 a week works? Is it damaging your weight loss? I'm considering being naughty next week and giving it a try :D

Not all do. I take a combination of capsules and tablets. The tablets that go down easy tend to have a sugar coating. The ones that stick in your throat and make you gag every day aren't coated :(
