Moneysaver, well done. I cannot wait to have clothes too big for me (they are no longer skin tight, and are rather baggy, but still fit).
tweets, well done xgettingtheresometime wrote: »Me too - just had a KFC.
Not to mention 4 slices of toast this morning.
I should not take comfort in us both having a bad day, but sadly I do. My food intake is definitely linked to my monthly cycle!
I have been working writing reports all day, but have been for a power walk so not all bad x100 -

Tomorrow is a new day and a new week! will weigh in in the morning as I think weighing in on a Monday will stop me running away with myself over the weekend. My weigh in was a Monday/Tuesday morning on my last successful run of SW************************************

:T msm . That's a good loss. Sorry to hear you're up against it. At least you're in control of SW.:)
I've had a good day. Not quite SP but close. I had a few potatoes but mostly roast BNS and carrot for my dinner.
Today's EE menu :
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham and cottage cheese salad, 2 satsumasHB steak with mushrooms and onions, SW roasties, BNS and carrot, cabbage, kale, cauli
Syns: gin
I'm feeling very bloated again. It's worrying me, don't seem to be getting anywhere.0 -
Not the best of SW days.
Had a friend staying last night & she kindly look me for brunch.

Hi everyone. 10 pages to catch up on so I guess I'll be busy for the next few days :rotfl: Holiday was (mostly) fantastic. Me and mam had a great time, but mums friend did our heads in. She was having a pity party for herself most of the week  I was biting my tongue for the first few days but then I realised that she was doing mums head in too. We kept to ourselves then as much as we could without making it obvious. They've been friends since they were kids so didn't want to cause a scene, but wasn't going to have her ruining our holiday either.
The least said about the food consumed the better :rotfl: There was unlimited dessert.....at lunch and dinner.....and the veg option one night was battered and deep fat fried cauliflower :rotfl:
Wi-Fi was almost non existent and I couldn't get my roaming to connect so have been pretty much off the grid. Heard from a couple of people we met that a hurricane was due to hit Ireland tomorrow, but thought it was just a tail end of one like we sometimes get. Got home this evening to find out that there's a red alert issued for the whole country from 6am tomorrow morning  Ireland is pretty much closed :rotfl: Notice after notice of closures have been going up on the internet all evening. Last I heard they were just advising not to leave the house! I'm due to see my GP in the morning. Don't know if he'll be open, and if he is, if I'll risk the journey. Think it might be best to just give up on tomorrow and not bother getting out of bed until Tuesday :rotfl:Back on the slimming world wagon 04.01.18
