  • Sorry to hear you've been poorly Kathrynha - hope you're getting a lot of tlc.

Well done deja vu - you'll have to share your secret.

Went walking with the dog tonight & it certainly blew the cobwebs away - hope Whiplashy you're ok.

Well after yesterday's complete failure SW wise I've got back with it - had a bit of an sp day - cooked diet cola chicken tonight as I've decided I need proper food even if it is eaten late. Had it with cauliflower rice ....interestingly enough hubby thought that it was also disgusting but it's light enough to be eaten late.

Now munching in a hifi bar as my treat.

    Stay safe everyone

    Hi everyone
Apologies I’m so quiet. Just so busy! I can’t wait for tomorrow as apart from an early doctor’s appointment I’m doing a big fat zilch- nada- zero and I can’t wait! I need some time to myself to chill. Went to the rugby yesterday (where I was somewhat alarmed to see that the player I sponsor has a great big gash above his eye) On the way There I had some time to kill so popped into River Island. I came out with a t-shirt I had been eyeing and a lovely jumper- and they weren’t from the Plus range!!! Plus I tried on the size 18 jeans- couldn’t get into them last time I tried but I got them fastened this time! Little way to go before they’re comfy but hey they fastened!!! Would really love to get my 2 stone award on Wednesday- only need 1/2 off to get it and a sneaky weigh indicates the vast majority of my birthday gain is no more!
    Today’s menu:

B: HEXB x 2 HiFi, pear, peach, decaf coffee (1.5 syns for milk)
L: Chicken chunks and salad, Skyr sour cherry yoghurt (1.5 syns) water
T: Cajun salmon rice salad from the new magazine (1/2 a syn) Quark with Options and raspberries (5 syns) NAS fizzy Vimto
S: 3 Broghies with Quorn ham and gherkins (3 syns) HEXA Alpro choc soya drink +1.5 syns, Wotsits (4.5 syns)
    Syns: 17.5
Hope you are now feeling better Kathryn? Hugs to anyone who needs them xx

All calm here again, thankfully. According to facebook my road is blocked in both directions. Three fatalities in total. One just down the road from me, so selfishly hoping it's not someone I know.

Someone mentioned Dublin not being badly hit. Delighted to hear as I went to uni in Dublin and have a lot of friends up there. I'm in the south of the country. We got the worst battering :( My local Lidl actually lost it's roof

Electricity has been gone for hours, but on the plus side I don't need to worry about eating. Have either the winter vomiting bug or gastroenteritis. Was feeling very sorry for myself for a while, but now I'm just grateful it didn't hit yesterday. That would have made for a very nasty journey home :rotfl:

Going to need your help people.
Having had a few days off forum I have been back through all the posts, but from the number of people I'm missing weigh in's for on the chart, I am sure I have missed some. Please can people tell me.

    Here is this weeks chart

    SW16102017.jpg

    SOTW is MoneySaverMe :j:j:j:j:j

    * SOTW is the person who has lost most this week and also lost of maintained last week.

Also, anyone fancy being in charge of the spreadsheet next week when I'm on holiday?

Hope you, and everyone you know is okay Whiplashy. Do take care.

Weigh in for me tonight, and it won't be good, but need to go and find out the damage.

    Today's plan:
    Breakfast - porridge
    Lunch - pasta salad
    Dinner - noodles
    Snacks - fruit, ginger sweets

    HA - milk and cheese
    HB - oats
Syns - honey(1), salad dressing (1), ginger sweets and drugs :(
