I joined up to sw online but I still haven't been very motivated. :( I subscribed to the mag as well and presume that if I don't continue with the sw membership that I'll still get the mag?

Also does anyone know how much the monthly online membership is? They are promoting 3 months, 6 months and 12 months but that's a big expense to pay upfront. :/

sunshinemummy- squaffles are butternut squash waffles. Broghies are a little more difficult to explain- they’re like an alternative to bread, they look a bit like poppadoms.

So pleased that you enjoyed your birthday treats MrsR. It can sometimes help to go off plan an shake up your system. Let's hope the 5lb gain disappears very soon. If it's a favourite, I noticed that San Pellegrino cans were in Home Bargains yesterday. They definitely had orange and other flavours I don't remember.:)

I think you can pay monthly for SW online after you've taken out at least 3 months FE. Then I think it's £20 a month which is about the same as attending group. That's what I'm reading on Google. Not sure how you convert from one to the other though. Maybe they contact you when the block runs out? To be honest, as you've been around SW so long I'm not sure what you'd get from online membership over and above being on here.:)

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well tie although better to be ill now than during half term.:D

Sorry if TMI but feeling a bit 'bunged up' which is ridiculous considering the amount of fruit and veg I've been eating! Still plodding though.:)

I've had 2 full days of EESP now back to EE then perhaps another day before WI. It's not easy but I thought I'd give it a try. I'm going to have a SP lunch today but not dinner. I often do that just to keep carbs to a minimum.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: tuna and cottage cheese salad (lettuce, spring onions, peppers, pickles)
D: Aldi Lamb Rogan Josh with mushrooms, pilau (1?) and SW chips
Syns: rice (will check as it's a pouch not HM), gin:D

hello. Yes when I thought about it, if a year's membership is £140 upfront  (and you are saving £100) then this does equate to approx £20 a month. Nope I don't need the online thing but its like a comfort blanket. You can buy the books as an online member + hi fi bars too now. I'm not really missing class at the moment....
  • Hello all

Been a weird couple of days & if I'd had munchies in the house they wouldn't be any more - yesterday I could have ate a whole packet of biscuits had there been any so perhaps it was a good job they weren't & that I was also too lazy to call in & buy some some.

I did go swimming last night but it was a real struggle to stay my hour.

The WI today showed a -1/2lb which whilst a loss follows the trend of my entire time with SW - I'll have a good weight loss followed by weeks of decreasing losses or none at all - the weird thing is I really don't deviate that much in meals lol

I might try cutting outs yogurts - at the beginning I was eating loads but now I tend to have one, if at all, with my cereal in the morning.

As for tonight's dinner I'm cooking the pinchofnom's baked spaghetti with chicken & have a salad to go with it.
