Hello Everyone, I've not really been on the OS Board in a long time and, although I have been keeping an eye on this thread, far too much has happened and so please don't be offended by me offering:
    1) :grouphug: MASSIVE HUGS :grouphug: to anybody who has felt poorly, has suffered bad news, or is just in need of a bit of a huggle
    2) Congratulations and Best Wishes to everybody who has celebrated a birthday, anniversary or new arrival
    3) :hello: A big wave to all my friends on this board!

Things have been decidedly rubbish for me recently. OH and I are going through a very bad time at the minute and have even spoken about splitting. We're continuing for the moment but taking it day by day. In terms of OS, I've stayed pretty good - stay within our £100 food & other grocery budget each month and are in a pretty good routine. On track for a neutral spend Christmas which will come in well under my original budget.

Work is work - I enjoy it, but can't wait to see what happens in the next few months - hopefully the company will grow sufficiently for me to be able to take on a more HR role and leave the reception support behind a bit.

I hope everybody is OK. Take care.

Funny that! my son was talking about those on sat - saying they have just released them again and he cant stop either!!:rotfl:

Colin Fry by the way is a spiritualist/medium usually seen on FTN (now Virgin 1). I went to see him at the Brentwood centre earlier this year - it was good - but there were so many people packed into the centre! (mainly women)

Ive just been looking at everyones kitchens on the other thread - oo some very posh ones on there! and Pennypenguin with your Rayburn - I think I'm gonna have to start calling you "Barbara Good" !!!!:D

bargainrzl - Nice to see you! Glad Im not the only one suffering going to the gym!:rotfl: I shall be back tomorrow morn:rolleyes: I have been going 3 times a week - now if I could only start a diet I would be well on the way to weight loss like Taplady's! It doesnt help watching Nigella cooking bloomin pancakes and chocolate croissants either tonite!:rotfl:

roz_V - nice to see you back too! ((hugs)) sorry to hear things not going well lately - i hope they pick up for you xx

Yep - I can do exercise, it's diet I am struggling to change, or to be honest, not really trying. I like food :D And as for Nigella, I know I should count myself lucky the way I am, as my figure's v. similar to Nigella's at the moment, and I know I don't look bad BUT I also know I am at least 2 stone overweight and really unfit so I have to do something about it ;)
