Final CVS results came back today and bump has no chromosomal abnormalities at all. I feel so relieved it's unreal.
Plus it's a pink bump!

Hi, I'm also a newbie (ish) around here.
I'm with weezl on the MFiT thread and am doing some serious number crunching to try and kill my debts (mortgage included).
I'm a nurse and work 3 nights and one day shift each week so often post at strange hours. I'm off to work in an hour.
Tea tonight was second day of cottage pie with celeriac, carrots and onion, and green cabbage.
There was plenty of celeriac left over and DH bless him didn't throw away the veg water so I was able to whizz it all up for soup. Maybe TMI but I even scraped the plates into the blender to bulk it up a little and avoid some more waste.
I've got enough for 3 portions so 2 in freezer and one in lunchbox ready for me to eat at work tonight.
I'm thinking that I could do this every evening after tea and just scrape all plates plus veggie water and leftovers into the blender. I'll then have plenty of ready to grab meals for my night/day shifts and DH can take one to work with him if he wishes.
I thought that maybe I could also use some bags as bases in stews spag bol pies etc- what do you think?
Another thought I had was that I could use the leaves of cauliflower in soups as it doesn't look pretty- is that a goer?
I have a breadmaker from freecycle so will dust it off and get it out.
Also when I have something with pasta in for tea can I blitz it and add it to one of my veggie soup bases for something along the lines of a minestrone soup type object?
I will show my sig tonight so that you can see what a poor position I am starting from but will not show it from then on.
Nice to meet (stalk) you all and I am sending hugs and prayers to anyone who needs them right now.

Just had a rifle through the freezer for tomorrows tea and I've got out liver.
DH loves it but the rest of us don't like it but I had a thought.
I'm going to do it (well get DH to do it!) and do the veggies. I'll then liquidize the liver and mix it with the mash and serve with veggies.
We can than have this 2 days running and we'll get the liver goodness hopefully without having to stomach the texture of it! I want to thank the regulars on the daily thread for their support over my miserable post on Friday or Saturday - can't remember!
It has all blown over, the dog has passed his blood tests and today is my birthday and my daughter Margaret who is a sports massager in Brighton gave me an absolutely fab massage and we went and had a lovely lunch. She is a lovely girl, I am truly blessed.
DH and I have made up our little hiccup and he has cooked me a lovely dinner with a bottle of fizzy wine.
Life is good.
Thanks again.0 -

bargainrzl -havent seen you around? have you started the gym yet?
I'm here :hello: In fact the REASON I haven't been around a lot is that I've been practically living in the gym! So far I've tried out Body Combat and Body Attack classes (hard going, but good), Aqua (good as long as you don't get your legs tangled up with other people's) and Step (awful, not for me at all, as I'm not very co-ordinated and am useless at picking up routines). I've done some time on the treadmill too, and some swimming.
Hoping to get some treadmill in tomorrow as it is the ideal way to pass time between finishing work (5pm ish) and going to a concert (meeting my friend at 7).
ifits ((hugs))
moanymoany - Happy Birthday :bdaycake:
heavenleigh - great news about the problem free pink bump, and nicola1982, I'm glad you can come back home now :T
catowen and Nelski - you make me glad that I live in a small low-maintenance home!
A music messageboard I go on has had a big spat today (y'know, the sort we have here every so often, where somebody expresses an unpopular opinion and half the board go off in a huff) but I think that's all calmed down now
Dinner is in the oven - chicken drumsticks (free range) and roasted parsnips, both reduced yesterday in Tesco
Hope you're all having a good evening
Love Rzl xx :wave:Operation Get in Shape
