    How would you like it if your child had a nut allergy and someone ignored the no nuts allowed policy and your child ended up like Amy?

    I wouldn't inconvenience other people by taking them on a plane.

    Don't eat nuts on a plane when you've specifically been requested not to.

    I am not a nut eater really, but I wouldn't find it a problem to not eat nuts on a plane - surely you can go without them for a few hours. It can't be a pleasant experience to see someone be affected by this especially in a confined space like an aeroplane.

    Some people are so selfish!

    Nobody complains about not being able to smoke!

    Anyone (like the OP) who "looks forward" to free nuts on a plane needs to get out more. Next time you fly OP, call the airline before you buy your seat to ask if there are any inconsiderate passengers with nut allergies, then you can take as many nut products as you like. Or better still, charter your own plane where there's no risk of YOU killing anyone with your selfish eating habits.
