    been comping all year and not won anything christmas cost me a fortune.

    Many people's view of the world is down to their experience, perception and what they have been conditioned to,this isnt any old MSE reply this is a important and experienced MSE reply :rotfl:

    My prezzies didn't really cost anything as most of them were bought with profits from selling certain items on ebay (the pony def elped!)

    As title.

    I have been lurking on here for a while and after seeing the £2008 in 2008 challenge, I was just wondering how many comps did you enter before you won something.?.

    EDIT:, my 1 and only win was a Gillete razor, won within 10 entries.

    Loads and loads of junk emails that I delete at least 30 times per day!! Not that I'm obsessed with checking for winning emails or anything :o:o:o

    I get a few bits of junk post but nothing completly unbearable....maybe 5-10 per week on average. Just feed mr recycling bin with it. :D

    I saved a fortune, only had my DD to buy as the rest I won on here. I am going to try to win birthday pressies and Christmas as well next year. It was def less stressful.;)

    I clicked 100+ as I spent half of Dec 2006 and the whole of January entering everything in sight before my first win!! Probably well over a thousand at a guess :eek:

    I didn't give any of mine as prezzies. I get so excited at winning something thats useful or really wished for by someone else that I give it them straight away! :cool: Might start keeping them as prezzies this year....unless I just keep them for myself!!
    My plan for 2008 is to win the contents of a house!! Starting to save up towards buying my first home so need stuff to furnish it!! :D

    I entered only 10-15 comps before I won 2 different comps each winning 2 x The Who tickets for Wembley!

    I have gotten slack at entering in the last few months but I am determined that 2008 I will be a good comper :D

    I clicked on 100+ as I started comping at the start of November and didn't get my first win for 2 weeks...my own fault...I didn't think to look backwards properly and enter every one that hadn't finished yet so I just did the front couple of pages!
    Just become FTBs & Aiming to be mortgage free by 2034 :wink:
