I've also prepared my post, adding RFIDs as required, and not going to open them again.

Select them from the list and click the returned box.  If they are not on the list just bung them in a return envelope.

I just select them and click the “I don’t have this RFID” button

???  I thought that was when they asked you to return ABCD but you didn't physically have it?  

Like molerat said - select them and click "I have returned the selected RFIDs".  I do that as I stick them in the envelope and post it next time I go out.

Thanks all - I did try selecting the RFIDs I was sending but it would not let me do it for some reason.  Problem solved however as two appeared on the returns list for me today.

Did anyone else notice 
"Just to confirm, do not enclose a RFID in any Kantar items you post after 13th March.If you don’t have a RFID by Thursday 23rd March, post your Kantar items without one."
Did the person who wrote the second of those sentences know what the writer of the first had put?

Our microwave has  just packed up after 20 odd years.  I recently cashed in all my accumulated Kantar reward vouchers for John Lewis electronic vouchers so wr,ve been able to order a replacement model without it costing us anything.  A satisfying reault for all those survey completed.  Thank you Kantar !
