I have 2 letters to go this week and 2 next week so everything is sealed and ready. I've got 700 points in hand, 200 owed for cubes last week and I'm doing the big CD and UM surveys so that will be 1500 at the end of the month to finish with.

I think I did do that in mid-January when I thought the ban on using RFIDs for 2nd class had ended as I thought it was just for the Christmas period, but I'm pretty sure everything I've sent recently has been 1st class or 2nd without an RFID. The paper posting plan sheets for earlier than this week have already hit recycling so I can't double check.
This morning received email saying there's a message for you so log in.
Did so and the message was again saying they'd noticed I'd put an RFID in a 2nd class item.
I'd done no such thing!
However it did mean I saw - in the separate RFID section - they'd asked for the RFID I'd received at the weekend.
Though I'm annoyed - if it was meant to be a simple reminder about sending RFIDs back, the message should have been that, not telling me I had done something I had not - I'm not complaining to them because I guess they are extra busy and don't need someone whining on. (But it was good to be able to come to this thread and moan a bit!)

I am trying to log into my kantar account through the portal but have failed, have requested to reset my password and this still does not work. I have also emailed them and my email has bounced back. How do I redeem my vouchers?0

I have not received my posting pack for next week yet. I have sent them a message but had no answer, they are not the quickest when it comes to answering messages. I have been ringing them for 2 days and listening to the message telling me their opening hours. Which is the times I am ringing. Not had my final stamps either.0
