@millie I haven't received my posting pack for next week either.

Under Help on Kantar's website, it says if that happens to wait until the week items due to be posted, and if they haven't arrived by then to contact them.

I'll give it another few days and see what happens.

I have called several times on this number 0800 015 3150 and there is no answer, only a automated message and I can not leave a message for them to call me back

Hi everyone

I had a postal pack that didn't arrive for w/c 6 March - I sent them a message via the app and I got a reply which basically said if you do receive the pack please post each item according to your schedule or on the most convenient date.  It also says they are unable to replace posting packs or remove the msising items from my account and I may receive automated reminders for overdue items.

Does anyone know how to return RFIDs if you don't have a request to return them - do I just choose "I don't have this RFID" on the app, I can't see another way.

If you receive the missing pack, I would post everything in it asap this week otherwise the receiver won't be able to report its arrival

I just put them in the post but make a note of the letters so that when they do ask for them I can tick them as returned.

Though we are not scheduled to post anything after this week, it seems we would have access to report receipts for a while after.  Access is needed in order to get the "rewards" which may have been earned for posting parcels fairly late on and I would expect late arrivals could be reported too.

Not to mention our rewards for the final Correctly Delivered and Unaddressed Mail surveys, and yeah pretty sure they still owe me for one parcel posting as well.
