I’ve got a cube to post this week but they sent a dvd box in error. I did message them but got no reply. I think they’ve given up already. It’s stamped so I’ll send it anyway with a note to say it’s their error. I hope I get my rewards for it!

I wouldn't bother with a note.

According to my schedule, I have two items to post this coming week, but haven’t received the posting pack. 

Not sure whether it will arrive now.

Not received mine either. I did send them a message Thursday and had no reply. I have been phoning the helpline for days. I keep getting the answer machine telling me their opening hours, I am ring during those hours but still getting the same thing. I have given up now, my only concern is that I think the final stamps maybe in that pack as I have not had them.

I also wondered whether the stamps would be in the packs. I sent a message yesterday, not sure whether they will reply.

I got a presentation pack and the usual books of stamps in my final posting pack, containing items to be sent this week.

I have a rewards issue. In one order, I redeemed points for two Love2Shop Reward Codes in the same order, but only one has arrived. The points have been deducted from my account.

Has anyone else had an issue where only part of the order is received.

My posting pack still has not arrived. Had a reply from Kantar today telling me post them as soon as possible if I miss the 2 dates this week. I have now sent another message asking about the final stamps.

I had 2 Amazon vouchers in one order that got emailed on different days. I’ve never had postal vouchers.
