I’ve had an email from Kantar today notifying me about the new system…it’s the first I’d heard about it, yet everyone on here seems to already know. They have advised me not to Regis with the new company until they send me a special link? Should I wait as they suggest? As I do t want to lose my place on the panel?0

Some of us signed up ages ago, before any advice from Kantar existed. At the time there were two options - one for existing panellists and one for new panellists to sign up, the existing panellist option no longer exists so far as I know. We are only in testing phase at the moment anyway, so its not like we are doing the real survey twice over. Totally up to you what you want to do, but its not much longer now with Kantar, they finish just before the end of March so you may as well wait.

Message from Kantar
From Monday 27th March Royal Mail is changing its Quality of Service provider from Kantar to Spectos. Ahead of this date we are looking to provide Spectos with all RFIDs currently with our panellists. As ever, we will need your help to achieve this, and to help you help us we’ve made the following big change.
For the weeks beginning 13th & 20th March, all your sender items are now non-RFID items. This means you do not need to add a RFID when preparing them for posting. If your printed plan or online schedule says ‘Add RFID’ please disregard this. When recording an item, you can confirm you have sent it without a RFID, or that it was received without one.
Return to Kantar all RFIDs which are not needed for items posted this week (beginning 6th March), together with any further RFIDs you receive from other panellists.
Update your RFID Stock to let us know which RFIDs you are returning. If you have any unlisted RFIDs you can return them with the others without letting us know.

As well as the message about not using RFIDs after this week, did anyone else get the separate message that they had noticed they'd recently sent an item with an RFID when none should have been included.
I think I did do that in mid-January when I thought the ban on using RFIDs for 2nd class had ended as I thought it was just for the Christmas period, but I'm pretty sure everything I've sent recently has been 1st class or 2nd without an RFID. The paper posting plan sheets for earlier than this week have already hit recycling so I can't double check.0 -
