I find with M & S that most of the things I want need ordering online as they do not seem to stock many sizes instore. You can not use Love to Shop vouchers online with M & S so I need to order the normal ones. It is a bit of a pain because as its been said the Love to shop ones are more useful

I found the L2S pretty useful since I could spend them in House of Fraser (before it collapsed) and Café Rouge and Patisserie Valerie before they went into administration - hmm is there a theme here?   My points will just become Amazon Vouchers.

Thanks NBLondon - I got an email saying I was on Unaddressed Mail - the option has just stayed there from last week as I did the stint finishing 10th Feb.

Read your comment last night and went in to update the Unaddressed Mail only to see Correctly Delivered had appeared and needed updated for Monday and yesterday. So I too am now doing Correctly Delivered for both Kanter & Spectos. Maybe worth others checking as Correctly Delivered definitely wasn't there for me on Monday and the email only says being given unaddressed but I had agreed via the email that I would be willing to do both. A nice bonus!

i Have just checked too and my correctly delivered has appeared as well. Thanks I probably would not have noticed  it.

Correctly delivered hasn’t appeared for me so I assume I’m not doing that one. My message just said I was doing UM and/or CD so I assume I fall into the “or” category rather than the “and” category.

My message was and/or as well.
So I messaged them on Monday asking them to clarify if I was doing correctly recorded or not. They didn’t reply, but yesterday the link to correctly delivered appeared on my Dashboard so I am doing it.

Kantar are being as wonderful as ever. 
I volunteered for both D2D and CD.
Because of the good response from everyone, they decided to share around instead.

I had message that I was unsuccessful - so neither offered.
Then see that some people do have both surveys.
I guess it did depend on location.

- and, not Kantar's problem, I see that some panelists are doing the same survey for both Kantar and the new company - being paid twice for the same surveys (though they have to enter the data twice of course).

Kantar never operated the survey system fairly IMHO.
I was never offered the unadressed. They seemed to offer the CD to everyone even though it asn't available in all areas.
Spectos seem better at allocating them on an equitable basis.

How do you know if you will be accepted by Spectos. I haven't had any notification.
