Kantar never operated the survey system fairly IMHO.
I was never offered the unadressed. They seemed to offer the CD to everyone even though it asn't available in all areas.
Spectos seem better at allocating them on an equitable basis.
In my first stint with Kantar - I got CD and UA 3 or 4 times a year each.  I dropped off for 18 months or so and came back and in this second stint I have done CD a couple of times a year and UA never until now in the last hurrah.

I was assuming that it depended (as the General says) on what was needed in your postcode area but equally there it does look like there's been a mess with the notification being sent out to people even when there were no slots in their area.

Let's see if Spectos do it better.
I need to think of something new here...

I've also been doing UA almost all the time for the last two years but hardly ever get CD - I am however doing both for this final period with Kantar so go figure!

    I am the same. Snap!
  • Sorry to jump on this... slightly off topic. Can anyone confirm that 'tickets' in the Mailagent app are simply for asking questions?

    Asking questions, raising problems.

That's Spectos not Kantar though https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6394065/spectos-royal-mail-monitoring-and-posting-panel#latest

    Latest QoS survey results

Doesn't make good reading for Royal Mail with only 54.1% of first class mail delivered next day in the last 3 months.
  • Is anybody else having problems with the app not getting your location (Android)?

It's only started having problems for me this week - all permissions are ok.

Well that's thrown the system. I have just had 3 items delivered by the postie.
Was asked to confirm information was correct as it is a Sunday.

Is anyone else supposed to be doing the continuous Correctly Delivered survey until the end of Kantar's involvement at the end of March?  I've done it for the last two weeks but no new form has appeared yet for the current week onwards, still showing the completed form for the two weeks I have just completed.  Hoping it might appear tomorrow, if I remember correctly the last one didn't show up for a couple of days.
