Also got an email yesterday saying 'thanks for your interest but you haven't been successful in the Correctly Delivered / Unaddressed Survey allocation'

Can you use the website in a browser rather than the phone app to do the forgotten password link. They should then email you a link to reset it.

I've tried both, keeps saying email/password not correct even with the password they sent.
I've managed to log back in now, thank you

Well, I seem to be starting Unaddressed Mail today - the app showed me a pop-up asking if I wanted a phone call to discuss how to do it for my first time.  OK - it is my first time under this ID but it hasn't changed since I did it a few years back so no thanks.

The app is still showing as if I started 10 days ago...   I'm not going to bother raising an issue - as long as I get the points.

According to the e-mails I should be doing Correctly Delivered as well but the app hasn't updated.
I need to think of something new here...

So they've sent out the March incentive stamps.  They don't mention they are the last we will receive.

As I wasn't allocated participation in any Unaddressed or Correctly Delivered surveys and don't appear to have any parcels to send, I've now "cashed out" all my points.   I did wonder why anyone would order the M&S vouchers when Love2Shop can be spent in M&S and many other retailers too and so are more versatile.

You should receive a goodbye letter with a presentation pack. You will then receive a message telling you your account will close in 60 days and to use all your points.

Some people may want M&S for a specific item and in my experience, Love2Shop vouchers are not always as easily processed in stores as store specific vouchers.

And I suppose some people may want to give them as gifts and point the recipient in the direction of M&S.

Frankly I,d just prefer to have a cash reward paid into my bank account but that is actually a more expensive option for Kantar as they probably get a discount on the sheer number of viuchers they buy for these various organisations.i don't like viuchers and especially online ones.

And the organisation fulfilling the orders appears to be one based in the USA where I assume it pays tax rather than to HMRC.  Could be wrong about that.

Vouchers are discounted by the provider so cash would be more expensive. I don't like Love2Shop as the only place where I could use them was Iceland. I tried in Marks once but the checkout girl did not know how to process it.
