Can you use the website in a browser rather than the phone app to do the forgotten password link. They should then email you a link to reset it.

"Due to an enormous interest, we had decided to give everyone an equal chance to participate and selected panellists at random in each post code area."

The message should say if you've been allocated a place..

I've tried both, keeps saying email/password not correct even with the password they sent.

I got that message too...

I'm currently on Correctly Delivered - so that's showing on the app until the end of next week.

The app is now showing me Unaddressed Mail as live starting from...  er....  last Monday?  No specific items to look for so I'm going to stick in numbers as best I remember and see what happens.
