Me too. You can't blame RM for you being away. When you enter details it asks how you received it. Card left etc.

I've had the letter today from the people taking over from Kantar telling me how to register with the new panel but am not sure whether I should be doing this at the moment given that I'm still an active member with Kantar.
I plan to phone and ask but wondered if this was something that anyone else has raised with them?

I downloaded the app and completed my details. Then I read the tutorials and did the tests. You get 300 points for this. I expect there will be an organised transfer to the new company.

Same here. Though I don't know how anyone who hasn't been with kantar will do those tests easily.

What sort of questions did they ask.

Do the test yourself. You can't fail. They tell you which questions you get wrong and you can then go through it again

Looks like they have messed up. When I initially signed I saw the word kantar in the address bar at the top of the screen momentarily so assumed they knew what they were doing.

I earlier asked: A 'something for you' card arrived last Saturday while I was out, so I got the item redelivered today (the earliest date I could select for redelivery). The item's a cube. Do I enter it as if it was received on Saturday?

Reply received was: I'd be tempted to enter it on the day you actually received it.  This will record the actual delivery date rather than the intended date and the fact that a delay has occurred in its smooth transition for whatever reason.

By coincidence I today received the letter from the people taking over from Kantar, so I registered and answered the questions set by the new company.

One question asks how you would record a received item if a 'Something for you' card was left, because you were out. I chose 'Report the date and time you received the item (after having it redelivered).

The new company has informed me that this is the wrong answer. They replied: "It is important that you provide the date and time that was noted on the 'Something for you' card. This ensures that we have the exact delivery data".

I'm still waiting for my letter...  I'm due to start a cycle in a couple of weeks so my thinking was that I will complete that in March and go straight to Spectos then.  I don't entirely trust Kantar to manage the handover
