Kantar - Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

I’ve been on the postal panel for many years.
I messaged them a photo of a squashed cube received that had been flattened. Just so they were aware of what may happen to them.
I have now been removed from kantar postal surveys and given 60 days to spend my points or lose them.
This is due to the chance of them RM being aware that I was on the panel. I replied and said the photo showed it flattened but had not been damaged in any other way or showed content’s.There has been no other comment from them.2 -
I think that's very unfair treatment.
Why don't you mail them and say you wish to appeal the decision on the grounds that you were helping Royal Mail understand what can actually happen during the posting process?3 -
I did reply to their message as I was shocked on how abrupt my ending was. Plus no actual opening if their parcel.
waiting to see if I get a reply but in the meantime applied for santos so hopefully I’m successful with them2 -
It’s very short-sighted of them. Just makes people not want to tell them anything. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.2 -

A more personalised reply from kantar. But they have removed me from their postal surveys and my postcode is noted - not my name so if I was to move…..
The team decided that the contents could be visible, yet the amount of sellotape used made even opening it very difficult!
Being anonymous is their utmost concern.
Lets hope santos let’s me join, I’m waiting for their letter after filling out their online form.1 -
Has anyone heard anything more from Santos. I applied a couple of weeks ago, had an email accepting me saying I should receive a letter in a few days, heard nothing since.1

Also waiting on a letter from Santos - the postal strikes are maybe having an effect.

I've signed up with Santos - one of the things they asked was whether I was able to receive packages. I said yes, because I can if I'm in, but I'm not going to be home all day every day! The other thing I was wondering about was what happens when you go on holiday. People who have done the Kantar survey recently, is there an option to put times you're going to be away? (Last time I did this was a decade ago, so can't remember much of it...)
