Do we still get 200 points for each trip to the post office to post parcels?
I've posted parcel the last 3 weeks and have 5 to post over the next 2 weeks! Is it just me or are they asking us to post more parcels nowadays. I've never had this many to post during previous waves  :#
    Thanks

For next week they've sent me a Medium parcel to put in the bag and post one day and a cube to post the next day. Sorry but I'm not going to the Post Office twice so they'll both be handed in on the same day!

They are happy enough for me to post my parcels whenever I like - which is whenever I happen to be going near the post office, I never make a special trip.  Think they are just pleased that some of us are prepared to post parcels at all - although if they paid better they might get more people to do it, we always used to get 200 points per parcel even if they were posted at the same time so we have basically had a pay cut.

  • Hi,
Another question because I really can't remember  :# , when do Kantar usually apply the points when you have posted parcels for them.
    Thanks  :)

I have over £200 worth of stamps to swap so will need to send Special delivery . Will I have to hand over cash for this or can I use my stamps .
Also if so what value of stamps for approx under 200 g weight .
Are the post office happy for us to do this though .

I split my stamps into three sections so that each batch was worth under £100 so I used the free postage and split my risk of anything going astray. In the event I was worrying unnecessarily as each batch was exchanged safely within a week and aI didn,t have to worry about postage or other costs.

Yes. You can use ordinary stamps to make up the payment - or to just under it and then pay the last few pence at the PO.

Assuming it's over 100g but under 250g then it's Large Letter SD for £7.65.   So 5 Large 1st from your stash and pay 40p (or 8 first class and pay 5p).

The PO should accept this and print a SD label for the rest of it but whether they are happy or not will depend on the clerk  :)

Just had a “thank you for your help, here’s a little Spring something” through the post.
Unfortunately the envelope was open and empty apart from the slip. Any idea anyone?

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Sounds like you have a local postal system where somebody knows the drill a little bit too well.
A packet of late Easter Eggs perhaps?   you should contact them and alert them to what's happened.  There may be bigger issues in the local postal system which need further investigation.

I got the same thing today. You should have received a small box of Cadbury mini eggs (Easter).

My envelope arrived ripped on the back but not ripped enough to reveal and/or lose the contents!
