For next week they've sent me a Medium parcel to put in the bag and post one day and a cube to post the next day. Sorry but I'm not going to the Post Office twice so they'll both be handed in on the same day!

My main motivation for doing it is that it encourages me to get out of the house and go for a walk. When I have something to post, it means that I have to go out (and given the post box is only 10 minutes away, I’m not going to take the car) and so that gets me exercise (to a degree). Otherwise, I find that it is much too easy to just sit in the house on the sofa! 

So I have hundreds of pounds of stamps sitting there and haven’t felt the need to sell any yet, given that they seem to appreciate in value so quickly.

I don't use many stamps - mainly birthday & greetings cards as most of my correspondence is email, but I enclose some in birthday cards to people I know who use them and as MoneyGrabber has said, they do appreciate in value quite quickly as postage costs seem to increase every year.  I suppose one could also regard them as "emergency convertible savings".   Who would have imagined that it now costs almost a pound to send an item by first class post.   By the time you'vepaid for a birthday or greetings card as well, that would almost been the equivalent cost of a birthday gift in times gone by.

Don't see why not as I'm still posting two items but I'm not going to kick up a fuss over so little a reward.

I'm using the stamps for a mailshot for my business, saves me some cash!

I got a Fee to Pay card last week.  Stuck some stamps on it (I've got lots you know!) and sent it back.  Today - it arrived and it's a test item.  Small White with no stamp.  The details inside suggested it should have been franked, so maybe a machine fail and the sender didn't check/notice.  

So I've notified Kantar - it's actually a drop-down in the Send Message options and I guess I'll get some stamps back....

Got my reply today:

That's good. I've asked for Reward Points and they will be credited in a few weeks.

Erm... How do I know it's a test item before I've paid to get it? If it's from someone else entirely - Kantar have just given me £2 for nothing...

I got a Fee to Pay card today.

I'm in the "resting" phase so it shouldn't be a test item.  I'm tempted to get Kantar to send me the stamps anyway...

But I'm sticking a couple of Large 1st on it (I've still got more than I need) to see what arrives.  If it does turn out to be a delayed test item then Kantar can stump up some reward points for it.

Got it today...  it's a delayed test item!  Small White with no postage.  The page inside just says 2nd so I'm assuming it should have been franked.  Time to message Kantar again.

Message from Kantar - apologising and sending points to reimburse.

If its two separate trips then yes - if they are posted at the same time then we only get one batch of 200 points.
