Too many office staff still working from home.    Overall efficiency had gone to blazes across all sectors of the economy unfortunately.

I did keep a note of the three separate packs I sent off, their contents and the dates on which I. posted them.

Somebody posted me an Easter card last Wednesday, the day before Maundy Thursday, FIrst Class mail.  I haven't received it yet.
  • Another Swap Out error here. I sent 12 x 1st class large letter stamps off, received 12 x 2nd class large letter barcoded stamps back. Waiting to hear back after filling in their help form.

Stamps arrived today. Fortunately the postal person knows me as they put the incorrect house number on the two packages.

Two of my three packs mailed off have now been received back with new bar coded stamps.  Was surprised at the speed of action actually.
My OH sent off a larger number by special delivery whixh haven't been replaced yet and I have one further batch awaiting return.

It was a shock to realise how many stamps I,ve accumulated over the years doing these surveys. We'll never have to buy another one. Almost all our contacts these days are via text or email apart from Christmas cards and we,re trying to convert as many of them to email too so not sure what we,re going to do with them all!
