Has anyone received posting packs for coming and next few weeks? And did they have any of the mini eggs this time around?
    TIA
Yes, the mini eggs came last Saturday and May’s stamps came yesterday.

Last week’s pack contained mini eggs. This week’s pack contained (barcoded) stamps for May.

New (I think) variation on a theme -
not only was the R-label in place but also, below it, the label saying "Please affix the adjacent label ...."
    Better safe than sorry.

Getting a little worried no sign of my replacement stamps. They were sent off over a week ago by Special Delivery. However to do this I had to send them with a post code on. So I sent them with the postcode which was at the bottom of the swap form for 185 Farringdon road, London EC1A 1AA.

You've got a problem - that's the registered office for Royal Mail.

    they should have gone to

    Royal Mail
    Swap Out
    Tallents House
    21 South Gyle Crescent
    EDINBURGH
    EH12 9PB

which is the address on the Bulk Form (or https://www.royalmail.com/sending/barcoded-stamps )
If you're lucky - it might get redirected in the internal post.

Edited:  Looking back - you were given that advice by the PO clerk, weren't you?  Who may well have known no more about the scheme than you did.

    Try https://www.royalmail.com/sending/barcoded-stamps/swap-out-enquiry to chase up.

    Good Luck!
I need to think of something new here...

I know the special delivery items at least got to their Registered address and were signed for.  However I have now completed the enquiry form and advised them where the swap stamps went to.  I'm sure everything will be ok in the end.
