Just started back on the panel after a 6 month break and received this message

So we can reach our data targets for your area, we do need you to mobile verify as many of your items as possible.  If you are unable to provide any mobile verified data, we'll have to take you off the survey- and we don't want to lose you!

If you have any questions, please send us a message

Should I just contact them and advise them I can not provide mobile verification would have been a good idea if they had stipulated this when they invited me back on to the panel as I had no idea this was now compulsory.

I'd ignore the message.  Continue with the survey as normal and wait to see whether they do remove you.

For the length of time it takes them to realise you haven't used mobile verification, you will probably have received more stamps and had the opportunity to gain the odd £2 for posting a parcel sack.

I would expect they would give a "final warning" before actually ending your participation.

[I too can't do the mobile verification at the moment.  Some day doubtless it will be worth getting a smartphone but I can't justify the cost for the odd occasion when it would be helpful - eg being able to show tickets on my phone instead of paying 20p to print one out.]

    I'm an idiot!

I prepped my outgoing stuff for this week on Sunday morning and managed to swap over 2 of the SMARTS.  I only realised when Kantar asked me yesterday to send back a SMART, which I thought was inside the cube that went out Monday morning, but was actually inside the Large White due to go out tomorrow.  Which is doubly odd - since I had logged both SMARTs as in use and the Large White was now showing as not prepared.

So I fixed tomorrow's Large White by opening it, adding a completely different SMART and re-sealing.   But someone this week is getting a cube with the wrong SMART in it.   If that's you and it makes logging difficult - I apologise...

Thought about e-mailing Kantar to warn them, then decided I'll just wait for any queries to come up.
The query arrived today.  Well two queries for the two items.

Question 1: Did you prepare this or did someone else?  I did

Question 2: Could you have entered the wrong data?  Yes I could have.

Question 3: Are you sure you entered the wrong data?  If I say no - it kicks me back to the start.  If I say yes (because I know I did mix up the SMARTs) then it lets it through.

So problem solved but I don't see the point of question 3.  It's a single 3-way question - Did you enter the wrong data?  Yes (I know I made a mistake), No  (I'm sure I didn't make a mistake) or Not sure.
I need to think of something new here...

I have just joined the panel and got this message after posting my first items. I did try to post using the app but it didn't work on my old Galaxy S6. Is my mobile too old or is the app flawed?

The app doesn’t work on some older phones.

Quick Update:  I got my swaps returned today!

Form went in post Monday, swaps delivered Friday.  Normal 1st class post.  (Which might be OK for the under £25 in this batch but I hope they use SD for more valuable claims).

Sent booklets of Large 1st - returned sheets of barcoded Large 1st.

Web address is given as royalmail.com/swapoutsupport which redirects to https://www.royalmail.com/sending/barcoded-stamps/swap-out-enquiry to report problems.

What a waste of time the new no / wrong R number thing is.  All it does is allow you to tick the no R number box and enter RFID. A pop up then appears telling you to return the RFID but does not record the RFID into your stock to "officially" return it and no other boxes are available to tick / complete.  I thought it was going to add some usefulness to the system but all it does is state the obvious with you having to do a little bit of extra work to get there. You cannot "complete data entry" as it states on the message, merely press next which takes you back to the data entry screen.

STAMP SWAP   Excuse a silly question but I can't understand something on the Over £200 Stamp Swapout Form.
There doesn't appear to be a section for the LARGE FIRST CLASS STAMPS AT THE NEW PRICE FROM APRIL 4TH OF 95P

What does one tick when one returns books of stamps of this class?   The table goes from 90p to 97p
    It's not a TICK that's required

You need to enter the NUMBER of stamps (of each type) that you are sending to Swap Out
Thanks for that answer, I think I may have read the form in the same way. I found the box marked 1st class, then looked across the form (as if all the columns to the right were pertaining to the title in the box in the left column, i.e. the one saying 1st class). I was looking for the equivalent price, but obviously couldn’t find the £00.95 (in the boxes to the right of the one I started with), that a first class stamp would cost. Thank you for pointing out that it isn’t a tick box chart, but a set of individual values next to which the number of stamps needs entering.

Has anyone received posting packs for coming and next few weeks? And did they have any of the mini eggs this time around?
    TIA
