Got my electronic voucher last night (10th Jan) at 11.07pm. I'd been waiting since 26th December and started to think it would never turn up.

Just had a message pop up saying according to their records I've said I can't post parcels...which I've never said. Left hand meet right hand....🙄

I had a similar message last year, saying they noted that I couldn’t post parcels at a post office and so they would only send me parcels which could be posted in a parcel post box instead. No idea how I’d been posting parcels up to that point, if not at a post office…

I have and posting pack not yet received.
Normally used to arrive a couple of weeks ahead of posting week.

I received my posting pack for w/c 16th January yesterday.  Hope yours arrives soon.
