Yes. That was in September. So as you're explaining it that pays for November. What pays for October?libra10 said:Did you not receive any incentives included in your initial posting pack? There should have been 2 books of stamps, along with presentation stamps.
You got an initial set in August - that presumably pays for your first September postings - when did you get an October incentive for your October postings?
If the incentive is coming 2 months ahead - then the initial one needs to be 2 sets of incentive otherwise the first full month of posting will always be unpaid.I need to think of something new here...0 -
Please can someone remind me if you post as normal on a bank holiday? I can’t access the guide on my phone.ThanksAll shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

There is nothing in the guide re this. I have never had to post an item on a BH and am surprised that they have done that. I would just post it whenever it suits you, if it tells you to post in a box on that day and you are going out just go for it !elsien said:Please can someone remind me if you post as normal on a bank holiday? It’s ones I should have sent on Friday and Saturday last week. Just wondering whether to shove them in a postbox today instead or post on Friday/Sat as planned. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Just post them whenever you can and as long as you report the date and time you actually post them, there won’t be any issues.elsien said:It’s ones I should have sent on Friday and Saturday last week. Well certainly the Friday item could be posted on Friday, 24 December, as that (today) is not a bank holiday. And Saturday, 25 December, is not a bank holiday but I wouldn't expect a collection! Might as well post it then, if convenient.elsien said:It’s ones I should have sent on Friday and Saturday last week.
