Has anyone had any stamps during December other than the Xmas stamps because I haven’t. I had to message them about receiving none in November
Nope...  I've had posting packs into January but no Dec stamps yet.  I also had to chase in November.
I need to think of something new here...

December stamps were issued back in October - I really wish they wouldn't do that as its harder to keep track.

Anybody else having issues receiving  Rewards codes/vouchers? I've noticed I'm not receiving order confirmations and then not getting emails with the codes - it has happened again for the third time. I get Panel emails fine.

I had messaged the Panel about two missing codes in Oct who said all was fine at their end - they sent the codes in a private message instead but said it was a one-off. But it has now happened again with not receiving anything!
Same here a week ago. Also got sent the code in a PM as a one off.
I've had a response from them suggesting I switch to a different email address for the Panel/Rewards but avoiding using ntlworld or AOL addresses - my current email address is one of those so maybe that's the issue. Might that also apply to you?

They've said I'll hear back within 10 days from Perks - helpful since I wanted to use it for Christmas present!

Doesn't that means January stamps were issued in November (I had to chase for them) and February stamps are issued in December (not had them yet)?   I think Kantar used to have a slip to tell you which month it was for but I haven't had that this cycle.

    I'd say the sensible approach would be you get the stamps for {Month X} in the Posting Pack that contains the first items to go out in {Month X}  so usually in third week of {Month X-1}

Kantar usually state which month the incentive stamps are for.

From my records, November incentives were sent on 16th September.
December incentives sent on 14th October.
January incentives received on 20 December.

That would mean you always lose out a month wouldn't it?  I went live at end of September and got first incentive on 12th October.  Therefore I did all my October and November postings for only one incentive payment.  I had nothing in November until I chased it and nothing yet in December.

Have  just checked back to when I started this time, and Kantar's email states that my first posting pack would be sent early August.
On 20th August, the pack arrived with 2 books of first-class stamps and a presentation pack.
On 16th September I received November incentives
    19th October received December incentives
Earlier this week I received January incentives.

I don't think I have lost out as I didn't start posting items for 2 or 3 weeks, and the first incentives had been sent in the first pack.

Did you not receive any incentives included in your initial posting pack?  There should have been 2 books of stamps, along with presentation stamps.

Thanks for that. I restarted this time in November and the only thing I received were 12 Christmas stamps a couple of weeks ago.

Will need to chase Kantor - wasn't sure if they still have Presentation Stamps at the start..
