The unaddressed mail one is normally about 3 weeks after it finishes. Correctly delivered is probably about the same.

I suspect that "worked" is a misnomer 

I got my January stamps (with comp slip) in the Posting Pack for week commencing 10 January - which arrived either 24th Dec or 29th Dec (I was away).  Which makes mores sense - arrive at end of previous month.   No comp slips with the earlier stamps though.

I still have items for early December showing as overdue for posting on my screen.  The reason they are overdue is that I didn't receive the posting pack for these items from TNS.  Have informed TNS but they have sent several messages asking about them

Just wondering whether the posting packs for week commencing 17 January have been sent out yet.  The items for this week are showing in my Item preparation section, but the posting pack hasn't been received so far.  Wondering whether the delay is due to Christmas holidays, or whether this posting pack has also gone astray,

No, I’ve only received posting packs up until week commencing 10th January. 

Like you, I do have items showing for the week commencing 17th as well.

Their offices did close from 23rd December until today so no additional posting packs would have been sent out.

For some reason best known to themselves I have been getting a query for the same item. It has probably happened about six or seven times now. My answer is always the same so I'm wondering if they actually take any notice. Hopefully it'll drop off the radar eventually.

Same with me. I've been clearing it every time it's come up and have even sent them a message on the app. Hopefully they'll get to this issue now that they're back in the office this week. I was worrying that I had done something wrong, so it's good to know it's not just me.

Unaddressed Mail survey available now - had to try three times to get the site to load but still got it.

Was supposed to be back on the main panel w/c 27th Dec - no posting pack, nothing flagging to prepare. Have messaged to find out what's happening.
