 if you're missing your rewards I'd get your msgs in ASAP before Christmas so you can go on the list to get your outstanding bits. 
 I suspect they're already short staffed and things will most likely get worse with impending sickness and closure for festive period!

Which bits should we have had for Christmas?

I received a book of first-class stamps several weeks ago.  I know there is the diary which they usually issue?  Is there anything else?

Anybody else having issues receiving  Rewards codes/vouchers? I've noticed I'm not receiving order confirmations and then not getting emails with the codes - it has happened again for the third time. I get Panel emails fine.

I had messaged the Panel about two missing codes in Oct who said all was fine at their end - they sent the codes in a private message instead but said it was a one-off. But it has now happened again with not receiving anything!

I ordered an Amazon e-voucher this week and the code arrived within 5 minutes!

Same here a week ago. Also got sent the code in a PM as a one off.

I got my final posting pack for this stint this morning. I was pleasantly surprised to get not only the DC Presentation pack but also my January stamps plus an extra pack of 12 First Class Christmas stamps. Very nice!

Has anyone had any stamps during December other than the Xmas stamps because I haven’t. I had to message them about receiving none in November
