No, I’ve only received posting packs up until week commencing 10th January. 

Like you, I do have items showing for the week commencing 17th as well.

Their offices did close from 23rd December until today so no additional posting packs would have been sent out.

I also don't have enough SMARTs to put in the items for w/c 10th yet.  App doesn't show any as "on their way to you"

Mind you - today's large pile of incoming post was the first for a week so there might be a local backlog due to Christmas or COVID or whatever....

I've had my finishing message on the website - yay for a six month break, just got two weeks worth of posting packs to deal with.  Wonder what is happening about the diaries?  We've usually got them by now but I know there is a delay of some kind - if they take too much longer it won't be worth bothering with them.

2022 Diaries: We’re sorry we haven’t been able to send these out to you yet, we’ve experienced some delays with our suppliers. We’ll send them as soon as we receive them and we’ll update you when they are on their way.

I ordered a Marks & Spencer electronic voucher on 26th December. Waited until 4th January then emailed to ask when I might receive it.

On 5th Jan I received a reply stating that they were in high demand and temporarily out of stock, waiting for a new shipment to arrive (I can't understand this, as it's not a paper voucher, it's an electronic voucher). I was asked to wait an additional 5-7 business days.

On 6th January I received an email saying "the missing code should be sent by the end of the day".

I'm still waiting for it.

Although it's electronic, there will be a set number of codes issued by M&S. I guess there's been some under forecasting meaning they ran out and I suspect staff being on holidays between the two companies has led to a delay in more codes being generated, issued and uploaded for use.
