Oh no never happened to me before. I have today found out the item that should be posted today was in error posted on the 9 March and the item for that day I am still holding. I have advised them but mistakes do happen!

Just received UMS invite for 12 April to  2 May.  Seem to be getting these regularly for the last few months - long may it continue as much easier than being on the main panel.

I've been accepted for this too.  Quite like doing these, though not receiving much mail at present.

Has anyone had this before? I’ve got an item to post this afternoon and my posting schedule says ‘Add Smart’ but online it says 'Please don't add a RFID', which is a bit strange! Should I follow the instructions online and not add a Smart? I've emailed them but haven't heard back yet. Thanks!

They usually say to follow the instructions online.

Yes, thanks, I should probably do that, shouldn't I? I've been doing this survey for years and I'm so used to putting in a Smart with everything!

I try to prepare things as they arrive to save having unnecessary bits and pieces around waiting for attention.  So if I've prepared it and logged the RFID on the system, I wouldn't find a note saying "don't add RFID" until I came to record having posted it!  But perhaps, in that case, they wouldn't have changed the instruction.  Who knows with TNS?

Yes, I do usually! I suppose the option for them to change things has gone if you've already prepared it. Not sure why they would have done so in this case. I'll have to see if they reply today or not ...
