According to my regular postie, there is a large notice at the sorting office with my name and address on, telling staff to make sure that my post is delivered correctly. He said this is due to the large number of complaints I've made (this is true) about post being dumped in the porch. If they've clocked I'm on the panel, this has made no difference whatsoever as every temporary worker reverts to dump letters on the floor and run.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

On receiving items to be prepared I do them all at the same time. I then attach a yellow stickie on the item and on day of posting remove it.1

I’ve been given my first cubes and mailbag with manifest document – I’ll be honest I feel a bit silly taking this to my local post office – what if they ask what it is, what’s in it (obviously extremely light) and I’m not able to answer?! Any advice from you knowledgeable a lot would really be helpful! Thank you.1
