Oh, and we are likely to have to prep 2 parcels each time according to the instructions
My nearest post office is a 4 mile round trip in an area I rarely travel into and the usual 10-15 minute wait to be served just isn’t worth 200 points.“Hardware: The parts of a computer system that can be thrown out of the nearest window!”2 -

If enough people email them to complain re. The new 200 points per visit to drop the new style parcels then maybe they might change their mind? (Wouldn't hold my breathe but worth a try ifpeople email them, only take 2min to msg via app)2

At the moment it is easy to say that during lockdown you don’t want to make post office visits. When lockdown is over and life returns to normal, would it be possible to say the same, or will they kick you off the panel if you won’t make post office visits?I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. A number of you have contacted us since the cost of posting an APL 2nd Class cube rose to £3.10 on March 23rd. We’ve taken note. So we are increasing the reimbursement you receive for posting one of these items from 310 points to 350 points, which works out at £3.50, 40p above postage cost.

I presume the new bags system is probably too reflect what some eBay/SME sellers do (?), though I would have thought APLs were much more popular overall.
IMHO if they wanted to change something out should have remove the prestamped parcels and made them all APLs instead - I find it much more awkward going to a PO to hand over something that has already been stamped - the sub post office staff certainly don't like it!0 -

I've today received one of the sacks and a cube to send in it. The cube is already addressed and yet they have sent a printed address label rather than just the instruction about affixing the label to the insert. After tieing the bag it's ready to take to the PO. It says, "Make sure you take the Manifest along with your mail mag when you're going to the Post Office and post it before the last collection time." Nothing to say whether you are supposed to get the manifest back after signature by the Accepting Officer. Anybody know?
