same here.  I have things to post on 20th January but no stamps have arrived for Feb yet.  Kantar only went back to work on 4th January so I expect that is why they're late.  :-)

The Royal Mail Survey during lockdown

As you will be aware, the UK government and devolved administrations have announced further restrictions due to the increase in Covid-19 cases.

Royal Mail continues to provide a vital service during lockdown, and Post Offices remain open. More businesses and individuals than ever have been relying increasingly on postal services, so your participation in the survey is crucial to help Royal Mail continue providing their services consistently.

That said however, your safety is paramount, so we are reissuing the guidance we sent just before Christmas:

    ·         Only complete your postings when you’re able to do so safely and lawfully. For example, if you need to visit a Post Office anyway; or if your exercise, shopping trip or dog walk takes you past one of your registered postboxes.

    ·         If you’re not able to post your items according to plan, post them when you are able to. Remember to record the actual posting date of any delayed items. You may receive some automated reminders about missing data – please disregard these until you have restarted your normal posting routine.

    ·         Your incentives and prize draw entries are unchanged. We will continue to send your rewards and auto-enrol you in any Prize Draws you would be eligible for. As such, you will not lose out if you need to shield or pause your participation.

We’ll continue to keep you updated. If you need further advice, please get in touch.

When I suggested last time I posted my items during my exercise period it was frowned upon and told not to. Now the epidemic has got worse it seems in order to do this provided it it is safe. Last time I would only have posted items provided it was safe.

New system for parcels from 18th January:

"We’re stopping APL parcel postings from 18 January and replacing them with a new parcel type: Labelled parcels. We're sending you the details in a message and we will also include instructions in your parcel posting packs. There are no changes to stamped parcels".

Full details are on the dashboard. Dashboard - TNS Postal Portal (tnsglobal.com)

Looks like panelists who send parcels will be slightly worse off in future as there won't be any 'points margin/reward' for buying a APL on the APLs, just the 200 points for going to a post office.
Oh, and we are likely to have to prep 2 parcels each time according to the instructions

I have told them I don't want to send parcels during lockdown.  The little post office I would have to go to is always full of people and recently it was closed for two weeks because a member of staff had Covid.  The little reward for posting parcels just isn't worth risking my life for.

I did this as part of a trial. It’s a pain because you end up with a big sack that you have to take to the Post Office. Even worse the staff at my local one didn’t know what to do with it. In the end they told me to fold the instruction leaflet and tuck it in the cable tie of the sack!
Really isn’t worth carrying a sack along your daily exercise for 200 points.
Ha ha, talk about drawing attention to yourself, eh?! I feel guilty enough when they ask what's in the parcel!

Yes I just had that myself when I visited the website - got excited briefly thinking it was one of the 500 point leaflet or correctly delivered surveys lol!

I also did the trial with the two parcels in a sack and the paper manifest - I agree with silvercar that 200 points is stingy for the effort involved, unless they plan to give us 200 points for each of the two parcels (not holding my breath on that).  There will be a new prize draw for parcel posting with 4 winners of 2500 points each (£25 worth) every month, but that isn't much compensation given the low chance of winning.  I currently have parcels on pause anyway due to covid - my husband is shielding and I'm not prepared to go to the post office at the moment.  I probably will try the new parcels once the covid risk is lower but they will be getting posted at my convenience rather than whatever random date Kantar choose - my post office is a bus ride away so it will have to be when I am going to the village for other things.

Clearly states it is 200 points per PO visit not per parcel
