Re the question about manifest (sorry, just caught up with thread) - I did the trial for this and there was no instruction about it, but the post office worker kept it (and seemed to know what she was doing). Also pretty sure she didn't ask me what was in it. I'm guessing if you turn up with one of those sacks (which I fed back that I really didn't like, but I suspect Kantar had already made its mind up - coscutting etc.) the PO staff assume you know what's permitted and what's not because you look far more like a business customer than the average man/woman on the street.Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days

Just out of interest how often do you have to take parcels to the post office? I signed up ages ago before seeing this forum thinking it was just surveys and have just received my login, etc and been sent stuff to return via postbox. I don't mind dropping stuff in the postbox but it will be more hassle then it's worth for me if I regularly have to go to the post office.1

If you don’t want the hassle then just send them a message to say you don’t want to post parcels.
However, each visit to the post office to post parcels gets you £2 in vouchers.“Hardware: The parts of a computer system that can be thrown out of the nearest window!”1 -

I have a parcel to post on Monday!! OMG does the bag really have to be that big? The one they sent me is 103cm x 60cm, and I've only got one cube to put in it. Also they haven't sent me any plastic zip ties. In a world where we should be reducing our plastic waste, why are they encouraging us to use more by forcing us to use these plastic sacks and plastic zip ties, just to post a cube. Does anyone know if these sacks are reusable?
At the moment I have no reason to visit the post office so will be hanging onto it for now. Any idea if I can post this into the local parcel box?1
