The 12 Xmas stamps and diary are additional to the 12x 1st and 4x Large 1st booklets you get each month. So you would have had those in late October for your December postings and late November for January postings.I need to think of something new here...0

First time getting the diary in 5 years I've been doing the survey on and off. I usually get the Easter eggs.
The Christmas stamps were in addition to the regular stamps for participating in the live survey. Therefore I did not expect to receive the large stamps as well.
If anyone would like a diary they can have mine as its not something I use.0 -
I've not received a diary or Christmas stamps and I'm still on the panel at the moment - really hope I get some as this will be the first time I've been active during December in 6 years on the panel.
Mine came this week. I didn’t expect to get any, as my stint is ending. Nice surprise.0 -
Not sure whats happening with me , i got the email to say my stint was ending , I recieved my books of stamps , but no christmas ones or diary , and i dont have any upcoming posts for the week commencing 3rd december . thats the first week ive missed so assume im off from then ,,,,,,,,,so have i missed out on the christmas ones by a week ? i wonder0

Well the Christmas ones came with the pack for week commencing 3rd Dec so if you've got nothing for that week they've possibly ended you in the week commencing 26 Nov. Which should mean you didn't get stamps for December but got/ will get a Presentation Pack.I need to think of something new here...0

i noticed that the other days as well i sent my brother a Birthday card and he didnt recieve it turns out postman had posted it through aneighbours door and they were away on a months holiday a few years ago a Chrustmas parcel went missing to him as well even though it was sent signed forI'm doing Correctly Delivered this week - and there's a new question. The page is headed "Lost/Stolen Parcels" - we now have to tell them whether we've had a red card that day but not found the parcel. Interesting... I wonder if this is in response to an upsurge in complaints or because of temp staff coming ion for the holiday season?0 -

I'm glad they're now monitoring missing post with the correctly delivered because in the last 4 weeks I've had 3 items go missing, 2 were signed for and 1 was large letter so no tracking on that! Also quite alarmingly I received several signed for items this week that had just been pushed through our letterbox along with regular mail. They were left half in and half out so anybody could have helped themselves and we've had a lot of toerags trying to get into cars the last few weeks. (Neighbours have photos and footage of them going house to house trying car doors and windows!) The mail was for us but nobody had signed for them because the postie didn't knock on the door. So far no signatures are appearing against the tracking page for these ones but I'm keeping a close eye because this started to happen around the same time last year. I don't think for a minute it's any of our regular postie's but if it is the temps they must be idiots because surely they can be pinpointed as to whom was doing the round at any given time?I'm doing Correctly Delivered this week - and there's a new question. Meant to also say above that on Wednesday I found a lot of our mail in our recycling bin!!
That is not our safe place and in amongst it was several RM survey items. I've only just gone live again w/c 19/11 and I'm not sure how or if to report how these were received. I only noticed the mail in there when I went to put the bins out for the bin men because the bin was in an odd position. We didn't get a red card 'something for you note' so all that mail very nearly ended up at the tip!! I've also got know way of knowing when it was left there as there are varying postmarks on the items. I think i need to tell local delivery office but what to report, if anything to survey people? I'd appreciate your input.
TIA
