I always do that with start and end dates and I cross out when I receive the voucher.

You can do their CDS & UMS while resting but they do not allow you to select just those only otherwise they would probably not have any main survey participants.

I'm sure somewhere upthread - the question was asked whether you could opt out of packages and the answer was no. Ditto for only doing the CDS/UMS and red is quite right - comparing the amount of work and the recompense; there would be too many takers for that option only. It's been interesting and I've learnt quite a bit about postal operations from custardy, quoia and others.
