I haven't received my last two vouchers for Unaddressed Mail and Correctly Delivered surveys - they sent a replacement for the first one by special delivery but I've had to message them today about the second missing voucher, supposedly sent 23 November. We're getting lots of post at the moment but I'm suspicious that those vouchers never arrived - how would anyone know what was in the envelopes to steal them? I got my Christmas card from my sister today with no problems plus all the packets and parcels I am expecting have arrived - am wondering if TNS aren't sending them in the first place?

  • I’ve also had several occasions where unaddressed mail/correctly delivered vouchers have not been received by me.
One particular response from them did seem to imply that they thought I was lying but they did not seem either able or willing to tell me what date the voucher had been sent out.
I’m currently awaiting a voucher for a survey and am dreading having to contact them if it doesn’t arrive.

I've been on the panel for several years and have found that it used to be very reliable before, but over the last 3 years or so, TNS seem to be patchy with regard to sending out incentives. This includes the end of stint presentation pack which used to be sent out automatically, but it now seems that you have to ask for it (for me anyway).

I've also had a couple of vouchers that went missing (over the last 3 years or so). My post is fairly reliable in terms of mail/parcels not going awol, so I did suspect that they hadn't bothered sending them out. Either that, or a staff member might be taking their chances and embezzling the the odd voucher here and there. The replacements were sent by recorded delivery, which I thought was overkill given the track record of regularly receiving panel items without fail.

I presume they must take down the voucher numbers and so could investigate potential fraud if needed.
  • I've had a couple of instances of not receiving incentive vouchers this year, and also had to chase for my presentation pack at the end of my stint. I am almost certain the same thing happened at the end of my last stint.
This year I kept a note of each time I did correctly/unaddressed, so I could be sure I did receive the vouchers. But I don't think we should have to do that sort of thing. This definitely wasn't a problem until recently.

Also agree that TNS seem so much less organised as they were.

Got my posting package for week after next - 3 cubes! Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning and Tuesday afternoon. So much for 1-2 a month eh? Also included the December stamps but no sign of the Christmas bonus yet...
And for the week commencing 10th Dec - the same again... Well - I'm out... I've sent the unopened bags with cubes back ( so quoia can have them :p ); returned all the SMARTS and e-mailed to say that I will complete the items pending from November but that's it. It simply isn't practical for me any more for a combination of factors... When I worked from home a fair bit; it was no hassle to pop out with a cube. This year I'm spending more time at Head Office (in a different postcode sector) or on the road and the Post Offices that I could pop into on the way to or from somewhere have reduced their opening hours. So more cubes and less opportunities to post. The stamps have been handy and the vouchers a nice bonus but it no longer balances the effort. I'd happily do Unaddressed and Correctly Delivered but that will have to go as well.

Anybody want my diary - unused?
I need to think of something new here...

I heard back about my missing Unaddressed Mail survey voucher - they are sending me a replacement by special delivery, just like they did with the last missing voucher. I'm suspicious something is going on - I've always received my vouchers up until these last two - and they didn't question resending me the voucher either, even though it will be the second missing voucher in the last few weeks!

NBLondon~~Can you not continue to do correctly delivered & unaddressed? I thought you maybe could.
    Would love the diary :)

I always do that with start and end dates and I cross out when I receive the voucher.
