Kantar - Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

Am currently completing 'Correctly addressed' and 'Unadressed' mail surveys, and just about to go back on the posting panel.
Have forgotten whether you include the mail received from TNS and other panellists with other 'correctly addressed' items.
Can anyone help please?
The FAQs say:
'This survey is run in short waves lasting two weeks for private panellists and five weeks for business panellists. Each day we ask you to log the total number of items of correctly and incorrectly addressed mail delivered to your door by Royal Mail, as well as instances of mail left outside or “doorstepped.” This includes any Royal Mail survey items you may have received. If you’ve not received any mail, you log a zero for that day.'0 -
I'm slightly stunned... I've just received my latest posting pack/schedule and there are six items in total, with four on one day - and two of those four are cubes!
Busy week then...

Bah, I only started my first stint on the survey early October, 4 weeks into training and I get an email to say they have enough participants in my area and I'm surplus to requirements 😓😓😓 You would think they would know they had enough people before wasting my time and their money!

They did that to me last time. That was over a year ago, and !’m just back on the panel.
Thanks, Locky. Much appreciated.0 -

They have done that to me everytime I have been back on the panel and then a few weeks later a posting pack appears0 -
This might be a silly query, but has anyone else had problems with fitting CD/DVD box items in the post box?
I have to queue up with them in the post office as they just don't fit where they are supposed to.0 -

I'm having trouble with the normal postboxes, like the first one you posted.
I don't know why!0 -

Are you posting it in at an upward angle?0
