Make upto £10 a day in August 2017 - everybody most welcome

  • Thanks to my second job, I'm currently on an average of £10.16 per day, and a total of £203.28 out of a target for the month of £155.

So.... Hooray! £5 a day in August: tick!

I am now 66% of the way towards earning an equivalent of £10 a day in August! This is mainly due to my earnings from my second job, as well as tips (£28 from 4 shifts), and to a lesser degree:

    Swagbucks: average 58p a day, total £11.09

    Slidejoy: average 6p a day, total £1.19

Only thing is, I'm not sure if this way of life is sustainable for the very long term as my wife has a second job as well, and so we barely see each other at the moment! Although we are treating our rare free evenings together like gold dust...

I got up early for me today, and been running SB apps and trying to get organised. I am sick of walking around my house and finding paper everywhere and unable to put my hands on things that I need.

So sorted out our car folder. We pay vehicle tax by DD, so don't need to worry about renewals, but I need to write down MOT dates, as forgot DH's and mine is October now I think. Just renewed both our insurances so that just needs printing out now.

I wanted to get more stuff listed but need to spend some time doing fun stuff with DS. Its pouring with rain. These holidays are costing me a fortune. Was much better last year when we were able to go out all the time to parks, etc.

I am desperate to declutter and get organised. Cant handle this anymore.

Don't despair Aesop. I'm sure it didn't take you a short time to collate the clutter, so it won't be a quick job to get rid of it either. You always seem to be getting rid of things and I bet it is already a million times better than when you started. You could always do what some of these minimalist sites suggest and when you move, pack it all up and only unpack the things you actually use. That way you'll quickly get to the stuff you don't need.

Managed a £5 pa survey this morning, that was nice. I've not had much from there for a few days, but that takes me over £16 and closer to the £20 cashout target.
