Thanks. I am going to study for an Hons degree in Environmental Sciences.........
    Ooh how lovely.

    What a coincidence !

We both live in Fife atm and that's the degree I have. I thoroughly enjoyed the course - well most of it, can't really get my head around chemistry :rotfl:

I feel physically drained today.Think I'm due an early night...and the new arrival isn't even here yet! :rotfl: My better half is really struggling and fed up now. 2 weeks until the due date and she is exhausted. Our 3 yr old has been so good, but demands so much attention and wants to play all the time, not to mention all the housework that would normally have been shared.

Added another 2.80 from a small eBay sale.

I have so much to list on eBay or facebook still - will keep going - only have a few items on now and all a bit rubbish. Still have a brand new iron that could be good and some posh toiletries, a sporron and some walking boots. Could be tempted to another car boot sale next Sunday - could try and sell some clothes I still have maybe.

I still have some bigger items for facebook as well - need to plan some time to do it, maybe next month now!

a friend sold a brand new iron on amazon. not sure how much for and if postage fee covers your postage fee. Carbootcrazy will know better.

Sorry to let you down, Aesop, but I've no idea :o. They have different fee scales for different types of items like electricals and I usually only sell books and very occasionally CDs/DVDs. A quick check on the 'how to sell' pages on Amazon's website should bring up the information you need. Got to dash. Hopefully back on here tonight:beer:

You know how it is... first lock of hair, first shoes, rotting bit of belly button flesh... :D

This made me laugh :rotfl:. My other half wanted to keep it and I told him no, it's gross and what are you going to do with it anyway?!

I used to hoard lots more stuff, but since moving a few times and realising the bit of housework I hate the most is tidying, I minimise all my stuff these days! My husband is upset I am throwing out my wedding flowers which I dried upside down. I took most of them and got them framed with an invitation and picture of the venue so I have no need for the rest which are just collecting dust and I know I will never do anything with.

Hugs. Mine has been in a bad mood since I got up this morning.

So were always going to hike their prices up. It was in Martin's newsletter. £24 a year isn't as bad as some people are going to get hit. But I would still be looking around to see if you can get it any cheaper cbc.

I'm on a fixed price tariff though! It was the best one for me at the time. My DD went up 3 months ago as well (I've been on this tariff since January) but that was due to increased usage. The website graphs makes it easy to see usage and with the bad winter I had to use the tumble drier a lot:eek:. I know that is very energy-heavy.

Since then I've been keeping a very close eye and my monthly payments have more than covered the temporary small deficit from the winter months. I wouldn't even mind if they'd left it as it was as I might have qualified for a small refund later on but another increase is a no-no. Don't know what the heck they are playing at, I'd always been so happy with them and confident that they always do the 'right' thing.

In a rush now, on way out and OH is looking daggers as he revvs the engine of his car:rotfl:. Will have to get onto sorting this later.

Have a good day, all:beer:. I guarantee it will be better than the one I'll be having:eek:

I got up early for me today, and been running SB apps and trying to get organised. I am sick of walking around my house and finding paper everywhere and unable to put my hands on things that I need.

So sorted out our car folder. We pay vehicle tax by DD, so don't need to worry about renewals, but I need to write down MOT dates, as forgot DH's and mine is October now I think. Just renewed both our insurances so that just needs printing out now.

I wanted to get more stuff listed but need to spend some time doing fun stuff with DS. Its pouring with rain. These holidays are costing me a fortune. Was much better last year when we were able to go out all the time to parks, etc.

I am desperate to declutter and get organised. Cant handle this anymore.
  • Very Unproductive weekend as was away at the Tough Mudder with the boys. Hubs now has man flu apparently (no sympathy after spending the day in freezing water and being electrocuted for fun) but my legs are killing after pushing DS wheelchair around muddy field...
However had enough points on costa and sub cards to cover a brekkie and lunch while we were away so happy with that!

£32 to add from ebay, and found a love2shop card in the kitchen drawer with £15 on it valid until next february!

Weather miserable so I'm decluttering our room, while DS plays video games for a bit!

    Make £10 a day June 103.04/300
