Lol at the frying pan, have threatened OH with a swift patio burying many a time! Would officially like to join the August challenge at £5 a day, still too slow at stuff atm and finding my feet.
Hiya and welcome to the 'Fred'. I have added you to the list of challengers - post 2. Good luck with your target for August :D

That challenge sounds quite interesting CBC - though I find I'm pretty challenged every day as it is :rotfl:

Hope you enjoy the film Aesop

Better start to today - let's hope it continues. Car is parked and ready to be looked at tomorrow. Fingers crossed it's not too dear.

Converted Nectar points into a £10 Argos voucher, and also got a Sky VIP voucher for the SkyStore which I've redeemed to download a film/have sent a DVD worth approx £8.

Got a bit of matched betting done today and a few PA studies too.

If anybody else has Sky TV, download the MySky app and activate your Sky VIP if you haven't already. You can then pick up free tickets to various events, and there's the SkyStore voucher too.

Afternoon all there's some impressive money making going on!

I have redeemed a £5 Amazon voucher from answer points, but I have no idea how long it takes to receive so won't count it until I do.

2 items with 99p bids on ebay nothing too exciting :rotfl:

I have nearly £100 payable on PA but saving a bit longer so I have enough to buy my Girls beds.

Nothing much else to report I don't think

Just had a delivery of herbal essences - 3 cond, 3 shampoo for a study. £30 worth - not adding to total but feeling chuffed!

Thanks for the link, Aesop:T. I really appreciate all the time and effort you put in to help us:A

No. it wasn't that one. It wasn't just a money making or saving challenge, it was more like a bucket list of small goals that can all be achieved within 1001 days. Just general personal goals and lifestyle things

The OP just mentioned it in passing on a saving an emergency fund challenge that I'm on but didn't post again. I've just PM'd him/her for details of where I can find out more. I think something like this has been posted on the internet but has nothing whatsoever to do with MSE. Probably American. Most of these things seem to start over there.

Enjoy the cinema:beer:. Teeming with rain here, has been since midnight:(. Just the day for the cinema:j

I know someone who does a 100 day challenge thing and posts on facebook about it. I am going out now on a work appointment but I will have a look for you and let you know what I find x

Love it:T. I hope you're feeling calmer now:)

OH never enters our kitchen for any cooking/washing-up or other useful purpose, just to aggravate me:eek:. He knows that's where I'm often likely to be, doing the chores that he is oblivious to:mad:

But then again, I don't do much gardening, I leave most of that to him as at least he's out of my hair;). Swings and roundabouts I suppose. At least the jobs get done by someone or other;)

All good CBC. Best foot forward again.

Circle payout due in and I've just done my first PA survey in over a week.

Hello, I looked on Facebook for the 100 day challenge, I have 2 friends following it - http://www.100daychallenge.com/take-a-flying-leap/ x

So today I had 1p roadkill

    I've done another mystery shop.

I was contacted to say I went to the wrong place on a mystery shop yesterday - but they're still paying me as someone else did the one I was supposed to be at - no I don't understand it either!

I have just sold a swimming costume on eBay for £12.50 - not been paid yet. Hope it doesn't turn into my 3rd non payer. I have mystery shops Thursday, Friday and Saturday - mainly meals - but one is a beauty treatment. All good!

I've been asked to go to London for a magazine fashion photo shoot today - it is making me laugh a lot! I've said yes because it's something different and I am about as far from model material as you can get. I've asked my friend to go with me and it should be a good laugh. All expenses paid and meal provided - I have been in papers and magazines before as it's my job but a fashion spread is something else!! They want what they call 'real women' as opposed to models - how funny x

I was bought a cappuccino at another meeting today - I know that's not a big deal but it's another time for me to reflect on me not paying.

Have a lovely evening all xx
