there used to be a long list of companies you could recycle ink cartridges with, now finding it difficult to find companies, as many seem to have stopped. Also a lot won't accept from certain types.0 -
I too tried to sell dvds on ebay even for just £1 and they didn't sell. Even charity shops are struggling I think, amazon definitely worth a go though.
People were selling DVDs for 25p each at a car boot sale I was at on Sunday -- they were getting sold though, I think it may have been kids' ones mainly.0 -

Only took a couple of minutes though. I'm miles away from a payout on there at the moment so not adding the 20p to my total until I get it. Is anyone else being accepted for studies on there at the moment or is it just me that's ineligible for what few there are:(? Even 20p seems great in the circumstances;)
They are few and far between at the moment, but this morning I did 2 at about 10am, one for £2.50 and one for £0.75. Amusingly one was about hoarding!
Annoyingly I am 0.15p short of a payout..2026 decluttering: 22026 use up challenge: 12026 decluttering goals I Use up Challenge: 🥉52 🥈100 🥇250 💎365 I 🥉25 🥈50 🥇100 💎 1500 -
Thank you Aesop and carbootcrazy for the little pep talk! I need to stop focusing on making £5 everyday and look at the bigger picture. I know once I'm back at work I'll can pick up some overtime so that'll help on the coming months. Ive decided everything I "earn" will be put in a pot and used towards Christmas since I've not saved for it this year so that's an incentive.
I can add £2.18 to my total today from Qmee. £13.18/£155. :-)0 -

My old bank sent someone else's letter to me behind my own letter. So I complained as they have breached data protection act legislation, and they are sending me £75 compensation :j :j
I have also sent the letter to the correct person explaining what happened so they can put their own complaint in.0 -

So I'm clutching at straws here! Can I use shop discount towards my target? I had £40 shop vouchers from my birthday and bought something today for £40 with 10% discount, saving me £4.00, which I got back in cash.0

I've been really lucky today after nothing for ages. I too have had a 20p one but then also one for two pounds and one for 1.50.
Re ebay postage charges, I always incorporate the postage fee into the price and then offer free postage, it makes no difference to costs now that ebay take commission on the postage too  and saves any ill feeling.Make £25 a day in April £0/£750 (March £584, February £602, January £883.66)
