Actually the boys finished education, and Mr Redo took early retirement. But other than that, mostly seagulls. My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

Where IS Tilly?3 -
I don't know much about Tilly, but my Mum taught me to tidy up the odds and sods long before I was on MSE (2004 for my original account I think). It has saved our sausages a few times over the years. Secret squirrel odds and sods emergency savings account to the rescue.
Tonight I made a chicken/sweetcorn and fridge scraping soup in the instant pot. It merited seconds from the critical audience.
Strong stock, chopped up 'stuff' and a sprinkle of herbs/sweetcorn and ten minutes of high pressure/slow release. A few ladles into the blender, whizz and back in, repeat till you get to your preferred thickness. My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

Pension. I logged on to my current work one to check. Current DC fund total pot is three months pre tax salary which isn't bad considering I have only been direct employed for two years but it could be much better. In answering a colleagues question about draw down on pensions I checked my dates and am (currently) ok for 55, the change to 57 happens after my 55th birthday. Given that our aim is to clear the big debt and both stop work as soon as we can then this is good. I need to up my contributions. Must email our evil Catbert HRD to arrange.
